Cancellation Policy

Coaching Agreement This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Lindsey Sellars, operating as Fire Poppy Mentoring ("Coach"), and the undersigned client ("Client"). Services Provided: Coach agrees to provide coaching services focused on personal development, healing, and growth. Coaching is a collaborative process and not therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Client Responsibility: Client acknowledges they are responsible for their own well-being and decisions. Coaching is intended to support and guide, but Client must take full ownership of their growth and actions. Confidentiality: Coach agrees to maintain Client’s confidentiality, except in cases of suspected harm to self or others or as required by law. Fees and Payment: Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee prior to the start of services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Client must provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited without refund. Liability: Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Coach from any claims, damages, or outcomes resulting from coaching services. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Fees for completed sessions remain non-refundable.
