Functional Neurological Disorder
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is a condition where patients experience neurological symptoms that cannot be explained by traditional neurological diseases.
FND can mimic a range of other nervous system and brain diseases, such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease. These symptoms can be as disabling as those seen in more conventional neurological conditions, yet the underlying cause is often linked to how the brain and nervous system function rather than structural damage or disease. Diagnosing typically involves ruling out other conditions through thorough medical examinations and tests. Understanding and addressing FND requires a compassionate and comprehensive approach, as the condition can significantly impact a person’s quality of life.

When I work with my FND clients, we focus on more than just managing symptoms—we work toward reclaiming their power and redefining what’s possible.
Together, we create a safe, compassionate space to explore your unique experiences, understand how your nervous system responds, and develop strategies to foster stability, resilience, and self-trust. Using a mix of education, nervous system regulation techniques, mindset shifts, and practical tools, we work together to break free from fear and frustration, helping you move from survival mode to a place of confidence and empowerment. My approach is holistic, blending science-backed strategies with deep self-discovery, humor, and real talk, so you feel seen, heard, and fully supported on your journey.
Through this process, you not only learn to navigate FND with more ease but also reconnect with your strength, joy, and authentic selves, stepping into a life that feels fulfilling and aligned.
