FND is when your brain and body stop speaking the same language.
Your brain is sending signals, but your body isn’t getting the message or it’s completely misfiring and went to the market instead.
You can have very real symptoms like seizures, tremors, weakness, paralysis, speech problems, and more… all without anything “showing up” on scans. And let me tell you—that doesn’t make it any less real.
It’s not “in your head.” It’s not “faking.” It’s your nervous system misfiring, leaving you stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like yours.

I get it. I have my own journey with FND.
It’s dark. You leave your body because nothing feels safe anymore.
Not the world, not your own skin.
When your body doesn’t listen, when it’s fighting you, you start wondering if it’s even yours anymore.
What is happening?
Did I cause this?
Will I ever get better?
Would life be easier without me?
When will it stop?
I’m such a burden.

That was me—screaming from the inside, from a place so deep I didn’t think anyone could ever reach me.
I know the fear. I know the fight. I know the exhaustion that eats at you until you feel like there’s nothing left.
I hit rock bottom and then found out rock bottom had twelve more basements. I went there. But I didn’t stay.
I clawed my way back. Not by pretending I was fine. Not by ignoring the pain. But by creating safety where there was none. By learning how to breathe again, how to trust my body again, how to live again. And if you’re reading this, maybe you’re ready to start climbing too.
You are not alone in this. I’ll walk with you through the dark while you discover your power and find the light.
